Why I started Wincon.
For nearly ten years I've worked in SEO, content and paid media: agency-side, in-house, and as the first marketing hire in a brand-new market. As AI assistants started answering buyers' questions, I moved early into AEO too. I've seen marketing from every side of the table.
And I kept seeing the same pattern. Growing businesses either paid big-agency fees for junior teams, or hired specialists who did one thing well but couldn't see the whole game. Budgets got spread across channels nobody was really measuring, and the one move that would have changed the numbers got lost.
